Lion’s Mane’s distinctive flavor and texture are reminiscent of seafood, but with a more firm and chewy texture than most other mushrooms. It’s delicious cooked over low heat and is similar to crab or lobster, or scallops.
The spawn run is approximately 12-15 months.
Scientific studies suggest that Lion’s Mane stimulates your body to produce nerve growth factor to help regenerate nerve cells, improve cognitive function, and speed wound healing.
